Video Podcast Rates
Broadcast-grade multi-camera podcast recording, engineered live by a dedicated audio engineer. Heavily sound-treated and acoustically designed to deliver studio-quality audio as standard.
Three or four Blackmagic Studio 4K Pro cameras record isolated 4K feeds to hard drives, alongside a 2K backup recording. For remote guest connections via platforms like Riverside or Teams, see Video Tape Sync below.
Audio runs through Electro-Voice RE20 microphones and a Universal Audio Apollo. Three cameras suit two guests; four cameras suit three guests.

Content Studio Rates
A purpose-built space for businesses and production agencies shooting social media content. Ideal for reels, talking heads, product videos, and short-form brand content where quality and efficiency matter.
All bookings include a dedicated engineer and Sony FX30 cinema camera, lavalier microphones, three-point lighting, RGB backlight, and your choice of white or green colorama.

Video Tape Sync
An engineered session in our video podcast studio for your talent, connected in real-time to a remote host via a dial-in platform such as Riverside, Microsoft Teams, or similar. A single camera and microphone feed direct to the platform, with files also recorded locally to hard drive.
A digital display or teleprompter allows talent to see the other party clearly during the conversation.
Over-ear headphones are provided. Talent is welcome to bring discreet professional in-ears or use AirPods if preferred.

Audio Podcast Rates
Engineered audio-only podcast recording in a heavily sound-treated studio, designed to deliver studio-quality audio as standard. Audio runs through Electro-Voice RE20 broadcast microphones and a Universal Audio Apollo. Up to three microphones included; a fourth is available from £10 per hour.

Every Bison Content booking includes a dedicated engineer, full technical setup before you arrive, and use of the studio space for your booked time. This is a fully staffed environment, not a dry-hire space.
Hot and cold drinks are available throughout. Files are uploaded and shared via our Google Drive after the session, held securely for one month. Post-production, additional crew, and equipment beyond the standard setup are quoted separately.
When planning your booking, allow time for setup, guest arrivals, breaks and pack-down. An 8-hour session typically suits up to four 60-minute recordings.

Full payment is required to confirm your studio booking. This is standard practice for podcast studios across London and ensures the space, kit, and engineer are reserved exclusively for you on the day.
Once your booking is agreed, we will issue an invoice with bank transfer details. A card payment link or international payment details are available on request. Purchase orders and project references can be included on the invoice.

For agencies and businesses booking the studio regularly, we offer retainer arrangements designed to support a consistent production schedule at a preferred rate.
Retainers typically suit clients booking four or more days per month. You receive a discount against the standard rates, priority scheduling, and the same engineer across bookings for continuity. If this sounds useful, get in touch and we will put a proposal together.

Cancellations made more than 10 calendar days before your session are refunded in full.
Within 10 calendar days, a 50% charge applies, with the remaining 50% held as credit toward a future booking.
Within 48 hours, cancellations are charged in full.We always prefer to reschedule. Credit notes are valid for 12 months. Get in touch as early as you can if something comes up.

Sessions start and end at the times specified in your booking. Overruns are charged in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate for your service tier, plus VAT.
For example, a 3-camera video session running 30 minutes over would be charged at £75. Your engineer will confirm with you in the session if it looks like an overrun is needed, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
