Every booking includes an experienced in-house engineer, with files delivered online and stored for one month. Video podcast sessions also include a live vision mix of each episode and an AI-powered teleprompter. We're happy to give feedback and guidance during your session, and can even capture basic behind-the-scenes video and photography where time allows.

The Detail

Every Bison Content booking includes a dedicated engineer, full technical setup before you arrive, and use of the studio space for your booked time. This is a full-service environment, not a dry-hire space.
Hot and cold drinks are available throughout. Files are uploaded and shared via our Google Drive after the session, held securely for one month. Video podcast bookings also include a live vision mix of each episode, delivered alongside the isolated camera feeds, and an AI-powered teleprompter for scripted intros, questions or notes. Live streaming is included at no extra cost, whether to remote attendees or to your own channel, such as YouTube or LinkedIn. You set up the stream on your side and send us the link or stream key before the session. Post-production and additional crew beyond the standard setup are quoted separately.
When planning your booking, allow time for arrival, final camera positioning and focus once everyone is seated, breaks and pack-down. An 8-hour session typically suits up to four 60-minute recordings."

Full payment is required to confirm your studio booking. This ensures the space, kit and engineer are reserved exclusively for you on the day.
Once your booking is agreed, we'll issue an invoice with bank transfer details. If you'd prefer to pay by card or from outside the UK, just let us know and we'll send the right details. Purchase orders and project references can be added to the invoice. Retainer and agency clients are invoiced on agreed terms.

For clients booking the studio regularly, we offer retainer arrangements designed to support a consistent production schedule at a preferred rate.
Retainers suit anyone recording on a regular basis, whether that's a monthly episode or several days a week. What matters is the ongoing commitment, not the number of hours.
In return you receive a discount against the standard rates, priority scheduling and the same engineer across bookings for continuity. If this sounds useful, get in touch and we'll put a proposal together. -
We always prefer to reschedule, so get in touch as early as you can if something comes up.
Cancellations made more than 10 calendar days before your session can be refunded in full or moved to a new date at no cost.
Between 10 days and 48 hours before your session, 50% is charged and the remaining 50% is credited to a future booking.
Within 48 hours of your session, the full fee is charged.

Standard rates cover Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Sessions that fall outside these hours, including evenings, weekends and UK public holidays, carry a 20% premium on the hours affected.

Your booking covers the times agreed, including arrivals and pack-down. If you need to run over, that's usually fine, and it's charged in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate for your service tier. For example, a 3-camera video session running 30 minutes over would be charged an extra £80 plus VAT. Your engineer will check with you during the session if an overrun looks likely, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
